Jamie Griffith is the Founder and CEO of Echelon Search Partners, a woman-owned, boutique executive search and human capital consulting firm focused at the intersection of innovation, digital health and care delivery. She's dedicated the past 20 years to guiding leaders in health systems, health plans, and digital health startups to achieve growth, optimization, enhance patient/member experience and care delivery through the acquisition of exceptional executive talent.

Jamie understands, however, that this alone isn’t enough. Remaining relevant and adding deeper value—often rare and inaccessible—is critical for optimizing and scaling her clients' businesses for a competitive advantage.
